Acey DC E-Bikes Limited Warranty

We proudly stand behind the quality of our e-bikes—from craftsmanship and components to the performance of every ride.

Every Acey DC E-Bike is built with premium parts, inspected during manufacturing by independent quality control teams, and test-ridden before shipping. Our standards are high because yours are too. And while every bike is thoroughly checked before it reaches you, some issues only appear over time and under real-world riding conditions.

Warranty Coverage

This warranty applies to original, registered owners of Acey DC E-Bikes and covers manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship from the date of delivery, as follows:

• 5 Years – Frame

• 2 Years – Parts, battery, and electronic components

• 1 Year – Seat and tires

Batteries are pro-rated beginning in month 7.
From months 7 to 24, the replacement value of a defective battery is reduced by approximately 1/18th per month (e.g., 50% covered at 12 months). Labor, shipping, and handling costs may apply.

Warranty Activation

To activate this warranty, your e-bike must be registered with Acey DC E-Bikes within 30 days of delivery. Registration may require proof of purchase.

This warranty applies only to the original purchaser and is non-transferable. It is void if the e-bike is resold or given to another party.

Normal Wear and Maintenance

This warranty does not cover general wear and tear or failures due to improper maintenance. The following parts are considered wear items and are not covered unless defective at time of delivery:

• Paint and finishes

• Fenders and bar grips

• Suspension forks and seat posts

• Tires, tubes, and brake pads

• Spokes, pedals, chains, chainrings, cassettes

• Derailleurs, shifters, cables, and sleeves

• Bearings, bulbs, seals, and exposed wiring

• Water-resistant gaskets or rubber/plastic wear points

Refer to your Owner’s Manual for recommended service intervals.

Not Covered Under Warranty

This warranty does not cover issues resulting from:

• Improper assembly or installation

• Normal wear and tear

• Shipping scratches or damage (shipments are insured separately)

• Improper storage (including battery storage below 20% charge)

• Water submersion or weather damage

• Accidents, misuse, abuse, or neglect

• Use for rentals or commercial fleets

• Stunt riding, racing, or extreme use

• Unauthorized modifications to any electrical or structural components

• Installation of aftermarket or non-original components

• Use of chargers or accessories not supplied by Acey DC E-Bikes

• Labor for installation or service of replacement parts

How Warranty Claims Are Handled

To begin a claim, contact us with your name, order details, and a description of the issue. We may request photos or video to help diagnose the problem.

 

If a replacement is needed, the defective part becomes our property once exchanged.

All warranties on individual components are passed through from their respective manufacturers. Acey DC E-Bikes coordinates with these suppliers when possible but does not control their terms or timelines.

Legal Disclaimer

This limited warranty is the sole and exclusive remedy and is limited to repair or replacement of defective parts at our discretion. It excludes all incidental and consequential damages.

Some states do not allow exclusion of incidental or consequential damages, so this limitation may not apply in your jurisdiction.

This warranty gives you specific legal rights, and you may also have other rights that vary by state or region.
