E-Bike Shipping

IMPORTANT SHIPPING NOTICE! SIGNATURE REQUIRED!

All deliveries will be insured and therefore will require an adult's signature for delivery. You will be provided with tracking information after your order is processed so you can anticipate delivery - generally 3-5 business days.

Please call for pricing for lower 48 states. This covers testing, boxing, shipping and insurance.

Currently, we are shipping only to the lower 48 states.

 

FEDEX DELIVERY MANAGER:

The FedEx Delivery Manager allows you to manage your delivery to fit your schedule. You can reschedule delivery time and date, receive delivery notification, change delivery locations and remotely sign for your package if kids, but no adults are at home.

RESIDENTIAL DELIVERY:

Please make sure someone is available to accept and secure residential delivery. Keep in mind the box is large and heavy and should not be left unattended in public view - the shipping insurance ends at delivery and does not cover theft or damage after delivery is accepted.

 

BUSINESS ADDRESS:

You may also choose to ship your e-bike to your place of work and have reception or a co-worker sign for it. Make sure you are prepared to transport your e-bike home from the delivery location.

 

FEDEX OFFICE LOCATION:

FedEx Office locations are close to just about everywhere and can accept and hold your delivery for up to five (5) business days until you can pick it up. This is a free service provided by FedEx. Packages can be re-routed to a local FedEx Office location via FedEx Delivery Manager or by entering their address as your shipping destination. Search for locations near you: fedex.com/locate

 

LOCAL BIKE SHOP DELIVERY:

​Most bike shops will unpack, assemble and adjust your e-bike for a small fee, but there are a few that won't work on bikes they don't sell. Please make sure you contact the bike shop in advance to make arrangements and agree on fees prior to entering their delivery information.

 

Please keep in mind that refunds require you to repack the e-bike in it's original packaging, free from stains, odors, insect contamination and animal fluids or droppings. If you have your e-bike delivered to a business address or bike shop you'll want to make sure you keep your original packaging materials safely for the refund period.
