With changing fuel prices affecting shipping costs, we check and adjust our shipping prices constantly. We do NOT charge handling fees and we do NOT charge for the time or supplies required for shipping. We do NOT inflate our prices to offer free shipping.

All deliveries will be insured and therefore will require an adult's signature for delivery. You will be provided with tracking information after your order is processed so you can anticipate delivery - generally 3-5 business days.
Currently, we are shipping only to the lower 48 United States.
Most e-bikes are immediately scheduled for shipment the next business day and are tested and repacked for shipping within 24 hours.
- Residential Delivery -
Please make sure someone is available to accept and secure residential delivery. Keep in mind the box is large and heavy and should not be left unattended in public view - the shipping insurance ends at delivery and does not cover theft or damage after delivery is accepted.
UPS/FEDEX SHIPPING STORE:
Live or work near a UPS shipping store? Many UPS stores will accept and hold your shipment at no charge for up to five business days. Not all locations offer this service, so please contact the UPS Store® location prior to shipping and confirm they will provide this service and whether any additional fees will apply for doing so. You can also change to this option using the UPS app or website once you have received your tracking information.
Nobody at your home during the day? You can ship your e-bike to your place of work and have reception or a co-worker can sign for it. Make sure you are prepared to transport your e-bike home from the delivery location.
LOCAL BIKE SHOP DELIVERY:
Most bike shops will unpack, assemble and adjust your e-bike for a small fee, but there are a few that won't work on bikes they don't sell. Please make sure you contact the bike shop in advance to make arrangements and agree on fees prior to entering their delivery information.
UPS WEBSITE AND APP:
Need to make a delivery change after you placed your order? No problem! Once you've received your tracking information, you can use the UPS website or app to change your delivery location, date, and other options!
